Ideal for use with a stove, open fireplace or gas fire in new builds, refurbished buildings, or extensions. It is also a great option when reintroducing a chimney into an existing property where it may previously have been removed.
There are a number of different solutions to suit your needs, intended use, and location. We can work with you to recommend, design and install the chimney. If required, we will provide detailed drawings of the chimney system. We can also design and construct the chimney breast to conceal the flue.

Our Method
Twin wall insulated flue for open fireplaces and stoves
Ideal for fireplaces servicing open basket solid fuel and gas fires as well as multi fuel and wood burning stoves.
The twin wall flue system consists of two metal walls with an infill of insulation. This is designed to contain the heat internally, meaning the outside surface does not become a fire hazard inside or outside your property.
It comes in a variety of sizes and bends to allow itself to be installed via different routes. These connecting flue pipes are fixed together by clamps and secured to the property with brackets.
The flue does need to be ventilated throughout the property to prevent a heat build-up and have inspection hatches for future surveys.
For complicated installations our team of experts are on hand to help design a chimney that best suits your project.
Twin wall flues will require regular maintenance and should be swept to ensure longevity and correct performance.
Balanced Flue suitable for high efficiency closed gas fires
Used in line with a high efficiency closed front gas fire, this is the preferred solution for providing a heating source that does not waste heat such as a typically open flue traditional gas fire.
Balance flue consists of two layers: typically, stainless steel and aluminium. The internal tube expels products of combustion while the external duct provides combustion air to the appliance. This is an ideal solution for specifying and installing working gas fires in awkward locations and will be designed to work in line with your chosen fireplace.
Chimney Fan
To improve the pull on your existing chimney or to create a draught on a non-conventional flue run, a chimney fan is the perfect solution.
A chimney fan has a number of benefits for various solutions:
- To create a sufficient draw for the appliance to clear all harmful fumes.
- Can be installed with vertical and horizontal terminated chimneys.
- Cleaner combustion and improved fuel economy.
- Can be wired into your gas fireplace for seamless operations.
- Quickly and quietly removes noxious gas.
- Reliable with integrated fail safe systems.
- Allows more flexibility with your fireplace choice.
- Aids various chimney problems.
